Gwennap Pit

John Wesley preached here 18 times in the seconnd half of the 18th century. Signposting was almost non-existent for this important and, to my eyes, impressive site.
A dreich day if one was in Scotland with grey low cloud all day. The top of Carn Brea was windy to say the least but even todaty, the vista was impressive.
