At full pelt

Monday morning run,
to burn off some energy
before a meeting...

..except the meeting didn't happen!  Sigh.  The manager of the care provider got stuck in another meeting so she didn't turn up.  She's rung now and rearranged.  It's a bit frustrating but I understand these things happen.  I used the time to chase up a load of emails and actually had a really productive morning, organised an electrician, arranged diabetes training for carers and the respite facility and arranged a catch up with the diabetes nurse to update Ben's care plan.  There was other bitty stuff, some shopping etc and then I fetched Ben.  He seems to have had quite a good day but his blood sugars are a bit high which is slightly annoying as I haven't worked out why yet.  Hopefully it will sort itself out.
