B.A.C.K. to Basics

We’re having an Olive Garden to go kind of Thanksgiving. We picked up the Pasta Bar (feeds 10 people) tonight and plan to reheat everything tomorrow at dinner. It’s worth the cost when you factor in my time and energy to cook food that my family really doesn’t love. We aren’t “turkey” people. So, this fits our needs, wants and is easier on me!

I did make homemade pies for dessert. Pumpkin and Chocolate Cream Pies. (No Jello pudding here… from scratch pudding!)

We had our first snow of the season today. It was a heavy wet variety and most likely will be melted by morning, but it was pretty while it fell.
