Another tree

I didn't sleep well last night as I couldn't get comfortable with a sore arm and today I was a bit fragile and achy - a combination of the vaccines, tiredness and being uncomfortable. However I managed today's activities of Health Walk and Cafe, but haven't done a lot since I got home. The arm's improving but I probably won't be able to lie on it yet.
It was mild, sunny and windy today, being outside was quite exhilarating but I decided one lot of exercise was enough.
The crab apples trees in the park were bonny.
