In the land of salt mountains

Today we hired a car and took a trip to the Camargue. Among other things, we visited the 'Salins du midi' salt pans. At first we thought it was closed, like so many things in the low season. But then we were able to buy an entrance ticket and go on a free tour of about 5 kilometres on marked paths.
