More Paris please

It was so hard waking up this morning!! But we managed to get up and out by half 8 this morning so we could spend a couple of hours at Pere Lachaise. I was a little skeptical at first as I thought it disrespectful having a 'tourist spot' amongst the decist but the beauty in some of the sculptures was just awe inspiring!

After playing 'find the famous dead person' we hit the shops where I got the one garment I was hoping to get (a vintage workwear jacket). I think in all we was both a little disappointed in the lack of vintage boutiques, we seem to be all we tend to shop for when on these little holiday trips!

Today was very much a more relaxed day shopping and exploring the everyday Parisian street life, although we did manage to squeeze in Notre Dame to boot.

A balcony buffet of smelly cheese and baguettes proved to be the end of our stay in Paris. It's been a really thoroughly enjoyable time spent together and I really enjoyed the company and the city as a whole.

I'd definitely like to come again and I hope it's patched things up in the long term.
