A work out!

BA was full and fast today, and still rising. It was just Cathie and I this morning and Simon ran past just as we were looking at how high etc.
It was fun and hard work. I could have stayed in longer except that we needed to catch our breath each time we made it up to the ‘lion’ rock. :)
