Marina Bay

A very long 48 hours travelling and trying to stay awake. We got up at 5:45 am uk time Friday and arrived in Singapore 7:45 Singapore time/ (they’re 8 hours ahead, ) and kept going til a brief nap at 4pm ie midnight Saturday, and then out again until now ( 4pm Saturday !) I think we’ve cracked it though…
Singapore is very alien to us country bumpkins… it’s modern , efficient and busy. They are in full Christmas mode here and the very high end shops are heaving, despite everyone seeming to be on their phones all the time.
This for example is the Apple Store in marina bay.
We walked 30000 steps via the orchard Road area, Little India and Marina Bay. It’s been warm and humid with light showers
