Follow The Light

We had a really lovely day at Goodnestone Park today. It was a first for us and was so peaceful and beautiful. 

We were out of season for anything really so treated it as a 'scouting mission'. We will definitely be back another day.

It especially excited me to discover that there was a connection to my favourite author, Jane Austen. I could almost see her wandering the gardens.

There is a gorgeous little café there too, where not only was Jak welcome but he also got his very own sausage and dog treat in a little bowl. Lucky boy.
