i saw this little tagine on insta, it’s ceramic and for use in a microwave only…..

it comes with a sheet with recipes ….so far i have use it to cook sweet potato with maple syrup and lemon, and a poached egg…..both were absolutely fantastic! What an easy way to poach eggs…..looking forward to making some more recipes….like baked apple…..
