woke up to rain and grey…which changed into sunshine for a bit this afternoon.
Went for a spirometry test at the surgery….not a pleasant test, amy chest still feels like it has a force workout…..

Sainsbury where the Christmas rush has started….bought some Christmas greenery imstead of flowers……oh it smells gorgeous.
After lunch i faccied looking at some Christmas stuff and was in the midst of that….when M reminded me gym was today instead of tomorrow……so off to that and when i came home rather tired i put the stuff mosly away and am sitting down now with a cup of chai…….bliss….
