Christmas card writing 2023

Once again, due to illness, neither I nor Mummy hazelh managed to make it properly out of bed until lunchtime. 

We made a bit more of an effort this afternoon. Mummy hazelh listened to Radio Swiss Classic and watched the highlights of yesterday's Newcastle United match against Chelsea. Meanwhile I made a start on writing our Christmas cards (blipped), then cooked a leek, beetroot, and bulgur wheat bake for supper.

Mr hazelh has been up all day, but he is also still suffering from our shared cold. In addition, he has toothache in the tooth that caused all the problems on Tiree and Coll last year (yikes!)

It will be another early night for us all again. Last night I managed 11 hours of sleep. This must be a record.
