Life is the illusion

This plaque is fixed to a tree that has recently been planted in St Mark's park. We ran past it this morning. I don't know if this Mark Williamson is local. I wonder if he died in 2023 and this tree commemorates him? Perhaps another blipper will know?

I finished my meal planning and shopping list writing yesterday afternoon too late to go to the supermarkets, so we made our trip in the car today instead. We also included Asda on our run, so now our car has plenty of petrol for a Mummy hazelh handover next Monday.

Between odd bits and pieces of work, communicating with my sisters, tidying up, proof-reading our Christmas newsletter, preparing a sprout and artichoke bake for supper, and looking after Mummy hazelh, I have been researching future accommodation options for my mother.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 45 minute progression run; walking (14,265 steps including run).
