Todays progress

Re comment in yesterdays blip, " I might have to revisit this last statement in 24 hours or so." I have revisited it and found it was not totally accurate.


In my defense I have faced numerous very difficult problems to resolve. The first one occurred quite early in the day and was "Do you fancy going out somewhere for breakfast" So most of the morning was taken up sorting that out (smoked salmon, crushed avocado  on sourdough toast plus large coffee) by which time the impetus was gone. The cold wind and drizzly rain did not help.
Although it can not be seen in these pictures progress was made. Brackets were attached and the edging for the path built. The path is 5 meter's , none of my wood was that long so I have had to join planks, making sure the end result is the same length both sides. Quite a complex operation after such a good breakfast.
Unlikely to be doing anything tomorrow or Tuesday then off for the rest of the week. Maybe when I get back the good garden fairy would have visited and everything will be sorted
