A touch of colour

I had a day off today, just to use up my quota of holidays and to get to grips with the coming festive season. Didn't really do much Christmas shopping in the end, but I did get a naughty takeaway lunch, perused some shops, got in some food shopping, made some soup, did a few tasks, and bought one gift. So quite a bit achieved and no stress had.

This is the evening sky as I walked home between chilly rain showers. It was a grey day but the blue and long-tailed tits were buzzing happily around the garden in the afternoon.
