2023 Friday — Day after a Holiday

Today we walked.

Mitzi took Mr. Fun for a lovely walk through Bayshore Bluffs Park in Morro Bay.

Thank you to everyone is and continues to pray for Mr. Fun’s health. We are continuing to learn how to prepare food that is low in sodium. I’m learning to cook with an air fryer. He checks his weight and his blood pressure and his heart rate every morning and then sends those numbers to his doctor about once a week.

When he stepped on the scale this morning, he had lost another pound. He has plenty more to lose, but every pound is a victory, especially losing one pound the day after the Thanksgiving holiday meal.
