There and back again

The West Dart River, Dartmoor.

Dartmoor takes its name from the river that flows from its north moor down to the sea at Dartmouth, and is one of 12 rivers that flow off the moor.

For a great part of its distance it flows as two rivers, the East and the West Dart's and they join at Dartmeet not far from the bridge that bears that name. This is the West Dart at Huckaby not far from where it joins the East Dart.

Surprisingly there is not much water running down the river, when in flood, these stoned would be under water. Although it was raining this morning after lunch it was quite pleasant. Try LARGE
