In from the frost

We are supposed to get a hard frost tonight so I decided to cut these last blooming chrysanthemums to enjoy inside.

Had a walk in the cold sunshine. The Gypsy dog lives cold weather too so she walked a long ways before I noticed she was limping a little. Her old hips can only take so much repetitious movement.

Out tonight for my friend Jan’s annual get together. She always makes the best meal for us to eat. It will be good to see my work friends also!
