Can you spot them?

Up early to greet the tree surgeons who arrived at 8am to pollard our Horse Chestnut tree. It took three of them four and a half hours to do the job, two up above, one down below.

This afternoon I managed to get a few Christmas prep/shopping chores done, in between endlessly running up and down the stairs to a very needy/demanding patient who’s spent a second day in bed. I’m exhausted already!

After another frosty night, a very cold day, 2 degrees. Oh, and I received my first Christmas card, all the way from Finland!
