Stormin Normin!

We've had thunderstorms and lightning for about a week straight. It all started last week with a monster rain/hail storm and ever since, we've had rain here and there and lightning almost every day. So, we've been trying to think up inside activities. It seems wintertime is easier to be inside, just because it's cold. But, when it's supposed to be warm but it's not, it's a lot harder to stay cooped up.

We pulled out some chocolate pudding to paint with this morning. That was fun, but once the pudding was gone, we had to move on to real paints. Mia and Hannah both dove right in to the idea of finger painting. Tyler delicately painted with his paint brush. he wasn't too interested in the mess!

Carter has been in the hospital for all of this week, but will be coming home soon. He's going to be just fine, but was a pretty sick little fellow. We sure miss having Aunt Kelly and those boys around here!
