The First of December

About -6 , north wind, overcast, snowing until the afternoon.

I planned we would go for a drive by car, but we both felt a bit tired and the weather made driving less joyous. On the contrary Mr S left buying smoked rainbow trout for the weekend. I stayed at home baking "joulutorttu" as last year this time (see Nov 25, '22), but different shape this time.

Yesterday's choice for our weekend meal was the fish mentioned above with the oven-baked vegetables (onion, carrot and ret root) and sour cream sauce.
