Agnes and Lola deciding driving in the snow was not the best idea :-)

So the snow continued to pile down.  Quick check online told us the cafe we planned to have lunch in at the coast was closed, which was fine as none of us fancied driving an hour there an back in these weather conditions.  Nothing else for it but to hunker down for another day at the cottage.

Not a hardship as the cottage is cosy and we all have different pursuits to occupy us. There's something very restful about enforced leisure as it can be enjoyed completely guilt free.  

Dinner consisted of a mixture of left overs to be used up before we head home tomorrow then we settled down to watch an old episode of Vera with some wine and nibbles with Lola flitting between both sofas to give us all cuddles.  Pretty perfect evening.

Home tomorrow.  This week has just flown by!
