Time for my six monthly hello to my consultant and the annual mammogram.  It wasn't anywhere near as uncomfortable as some have been.  Maybe I'm getting used to it.  Maybe the operator had the golden touch. 
  
I had to speed march the dogs round the park this morning as I a) didn't get up as early as I should have and 2) I spent too long buggering about when I did get up.  I had a deadline as I had a class booked at the gym.  I lingered a while to see if my bird was about.  No luck initially and I had a chat with some fellow doggers before checking back and there he was! He posed for about 2 minutes.   I used my new phone but I haven't worked out the camera yet and the zoomed images are rubbish.   Better luck next time.
