Circus gymnastics

This afternoon we went to see our grandchildren in their Christmas Show at Spelthorne Gymnastics Club. Some of the older gymnasts there are amazing and regularly take part in European and World championships. The circus routine had some of the older ones with such good choreography…they would not be out of place in a West End musical. 
Difficult to get good photos. This year instead of producing a DVD you can pay to get a download…things move on! There are ten shows in total with slightly different programmes ( our grandchildren were only in two) so after the last one I imagine they will edit a bit and we can view again at home.

Previously I had started sorting Christmas cards and battling with the updated version of Word and Excel to do our Christmas newsletter and also to print labels for any cards we need to send in the post. The mail merge was not as straight forward as in previous years! I rarely need to do this sort of thing and it took much longer than I hoped but now sorted thank goodness.

A very chilly day so we had the heating on low all day!
