Thaw

On the morning's walk with Django, this was as good as it got. Valleyfield pond is frozen, and there was pretty frozen snow on the surrounding vegetation. After that, the temperature rose a little, and the thaw set in. Back home, I wrote a reference for a much-liked former student, and got started on studying one of our solvers. I have to do this before making any enhancements because I didn't write it and it's very complex.
