ACTION REPLAY…

Well after yesterday’s full start we tried again to leave Prague. ##2 photos from yesterday.

We all had a fairly good night’s sleep and enjoyed our buffet breakfast.
8:30…taxi to airport for midday flight.
By 10am still couldn’t be checked in as flight needed a new number!?!?
#2 wheelchairs to aircraft…knee really achy today!!
11:30 on plane…snow and ice meant they needed a de icer machine…eventually took off at 1:30!!! Due to ice and the fact we hadn’t got a flight slot as we were unexpected?????
No food or drink available to buy as both the credit card machine were broken??? Also not enough cups???? After everything you would have thought they could have given us free drinks!!
Landed at 3:30…no one available to bring the bridge to the plane as we were unexpected ?!?!
Clair and I were wheelchaired off (even though we said we could walk a short distance. Then we were left for 15mins…we eventually walked all the way!!!
The luggage took over 2 hours to arrive as there was an admin error?!?!
It was now 5:30 and we had only had 1 glass of water for the last 9 hours. Definitely serious for The Rev as a kidney donor!!!! He put something out on Twitter (now X) and within 15mins a food trolley came out!!!
We hit the M25 in rush hour (say no more!!)
Got back as 7:30 … 20 hours later than expected…aarrgghh.
Poor Clair and Linda still had to travel to New Romney and Bristol!!!!
#The Rev is exhausted…dreaming of lost luggage, booking hotel rooms, delayed flights and claim forms!!!!

What a day.
