Spaghetti Squash

This home grown Squash has been maturing in a cool place since September and today, I prepared it for roasting when the eventual filling was leftover Chilli con Carne mixed with the teased out strands of the squash. The half Cucumber is simpl.y included for the purposes of scale and not used in the dish. The extra shows the finished article
