Iconic Scottish art

Well, we had a long overdue visit to Edinburgh to see the new extension to the National galleries and the permanent exhibition of Scottish art.
 
It was as stunning as expected, and showcases the best of Scottish art. 
Despite its long delay and eye-watering  over budget  the end result is a world class gallery.
