Compliments To The Chef

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

The Prince and I went out for dinner with friends who are over from Ireland visiting their son, Jim, who briefly stayed with us when he first moved over from Ireland.

Jim is a chef and was telling us that a diner recently (rather drunkenly) expressed his appreciation with “This is some gaff. That was a savage munch!”

Jim reckons it was the most Scottish thing he’s ever heard!

We had a great night catching up with them. A hat trick of nights out. 2 nights off now before my work night out. You need to get here soon LTJ so I can stop going out!

C
