Misconduct

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I was out at Mary Doll & Victor’s this afternoon and Mary Doll mentioned the recent allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour by a TV presenter.

She recalled an incident from her working days where a group of colleagues, “including 2 women”, had been having “a graphic conversation about (lowers voice) oral sex.”

Me: “Was it with a gonk?”

MD (shaking head): “No…I just walked away and when I came back, Graham came over and apologised if the conversation had made me uncomfortable.”

Me: “What did you say?”

MD: “I can’t remember.”

Me (doing an impression of Mary Doll): “Can I just tell you Graham, THAT conversion turned my stomach…it put me RIGHT off my cheese and pickle sandwich. Right off.”

I was properly giggling to myself.

MD: “Oh for goodness sake. I don’t know where I got you.”

Me: “Not like that.”

It was almost time for me to leave. I was feeling brave!
