A frosty night. Did the usual morning jobs which today included ironing.

Once the sun had come out and defrosted the car my plan was to put a few more bits in the boot for the recycling site and drive there first before going to Booths in Windermere and then walking down to the post office with a letter.

It was so icy around the car that I decided to leave the recycling for another day. Onwards to Windermere where there had been more snow. I made it to the post box walking on the road at times as a lot of the pavements looked slippery. Worth the effort as I found my blip there. Safely back to Booths (which had been well cleared) and bought a few groceries.
