Sustainable Feast

Imagine you are out in the middle of a farm field, nothing but lush green rolling hills for as far as the eye can see. There is one long table set for 125 guests under a white tent. Bees wax candles were the only source of lighting on the table, which was decorated with wildflowers, wicker bread baskets, and mushroom logs. Everyone gathered at seven o'clock for a feast donated by local farmers, beer brewers, wineries, & local chef, Bryan Sikora, of Talula's Table.

My favorite course was dessert, naturally. Crepes filled with a sheep's yogurt and topped with strawberries garnished with mint. Yumm...

This blip captured the final preparations just before serving to the guests. The guy on the right was adding the strawberry sauce.
