The haircut

We finally caved in and took Dexter for his first proper haircut after school today. My Mum, or recently, myself have been cutting/trimming his hair as we all love it long but it got to the point where it just looked a bit too messy, so as hubby needed a haircut we all decided to go along for the entertainment.
Although Dexter scowled most of the way through he followed the instructions of the hairdresser and sat absolutely still and was an absolute star. He now has the same style as his Dad (who is having his hair cut in the background in the photo) and he looks fab - we love it. Not wanting to miss out on the fun Olivia asked if she could have her cut too so the hairdresser duly obliged and trimmed her hair.

At least we'll all look presentable this weekend at the Christening (as I had 5cm chopped off my hair a couple of weeks ago)!
