A country church

What a beautiful day after all the horrific weather!  It was sunny, warm and a great feeling of peace over the countryside as the animals and birds recovered.  Driving down to the village I saw two buzzards close to enjoying the sunshine and a grey squirrel foraging for food on the ground under some oak trees.

It was my turn to do the flowers this week so I spent a lovely hour with greenery from the garden and a few blooms to put on the window ledges in the church.

Farm shop this afternoon.  More rain tomorrow - will it every stop!
