Senseless

One of the Elm Row pigeons has been hacked off at the feet by some mindless vandal/s. You wonder what goes on, if anything, in the minds of such people. Apparently the body of the bird was just left lying and was rescued by someone and kept until the council collected it to make repairs. The police are investigating, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
