Cleaning windows

It rained heavily this morning, then sunshine, more rain, more sunshine and lots of wind.  The leaves of the silver birches two doors up are landing on our lawn and some twigs from the lime trees have dropped.

A day of reading the paper, and culling more photographs.

JJ cleaned the kitchen window on the outside, followed by cleaning them on the inside and then cleaning them on the outside again.  They looked good until it rained again.

This afternoon I watched a red kite dive down onto the road, scatter and few pigeons and fail to catch one.  Shame.
