Leaving bouquet

My dear and esteemed colleagues gave me a surprise tonight - a poem, a funny story, a huge bouquet of Gladioli and the most delightful silver necklace.

I really did NOT deserve all that attention and these lovely special gifts.

I really have been incredibly lucky to work amongst such a brilliant and fun group - they welcomed me on my first day to their group and have never stopped making me feel valued.

Although we only meet monthly, our meetings are fun, challenging and very productive. We do a good job and work so well as a team.

I am feeling very thankful tonight.
