Wish I had looked after my teeth

Lesson learned the hard way today; make regular visits to the dentist.  Had an appointment booked in March 2020 - then lockdown. It took 'till today to pluck up the courage to get it sorted. An absess meant a 2 hour visit for tooth extraction, absess removal, implant, a course of antibiotics and 2 more visits in the diary. Feeling sorry for myself but I realise it is all totally my fault, of course. Pam Ayres springs to mind ... I wish I had looked after my teeth.
