A confession

Not taken one single pic today. Was doing my knee (tendonitis) exercises on the floor and somehow pulled a muscle in my back (probably when getting up). Voltarol, and a back belt, did their magic. Not in much discomfort since. Spent the afternoon relaxing in bed.

So just played with an old photo, which wasn't brilliant and badly focused.
