Entering the Vortex

I was working today, but thankfully it was at the Novotel so I didn’t need to leave until the last minute. It wasn’t a bad day and I had some lovely chats with people.

I raced along to the Quays with Pat this evening to see the Light Festival. I had planned to go last night but the weather was horrendous…heavy rain and strong winds. There was a huge beech tree that had blown down near the Novotel.

It was raining tonight, but it didn’t put us off and we had a good mooch around. The wet floor gave great reflections too. The light rings were great and it looked like the entrance to a time tunnel, the photo doesn’t do it justice really.
