A good pint is a religious experience.

I feel better but my oxygen saturation levels are a bit on the low side. (Spoken like a true hypochondriac).

Made shakshouka for lunch. Good chat with TGR in Canada tonight. Doctor who was mind bending. Beer in the evening with Strider. 

A better-but-not-out-of-the-woods-yet day.
