Eat, Drink and Be Merry

Bit of bending of the rules here as you can see it’s not my selfie. It’s also missing quite a few of the party goers but it was the best of the bunch!
After Mass, picking up our tree and a visit from my friend Marianne, I said my goodbyes to son no 1 and set off for the Save the Children Christmas party at one of my fellow volunteer’s house.
It was great fun with quizzes and Secret Santa. We all contributed food and drink, so needless to say there was far too much of it but I’m afraid to say that most of it was consumed. I’m on the peppermint teas tonight.
