Lino Print
Still haven’t got it quite right.
I kept printing one and examining it then carving a bit more where I could see I hadn’t cut deep enough. At first the ink was too thick and as I rolled the brayer took ink back off. I thinned it with a bit of water and it went a bit better. It’s all practice and I’m wasting some sheets of the lino bit I don’t care, I just want to get better at it.
It’s the most relaxing thing to do just sitting there carving lines. I like doing that more than painting.
It has bucketed down all day today, it’s relentless and our back garden is very waterlogged. Not pleasant!

Goodnight ;-)
