A Whole New Year Ahead...

An Emergency Blip on the day and then now a quick back-blip catch-up...

It was an "under-the-weather" day for me fighting off some sort of bug..and a sign of the times?...What do we now do first when we are coming down with "something"? A quick Covid test! And yay..I was negative..But still, I spent the day "resting"..doing almost nothing but feeding the cat. Some things just cannot be ignored! 

Anyway, one good thing for the day was the arrival of the Family Calendar. My daughter collects photos from everyone during the year and then creates a photo calendar and gives each person or family a copy for Christmas..

It is my annual task to wrap the calendars and make sure everyone gets their copy in time for Christmas as my daughter and SIL have usually left for the Carribbean by the time the calendars arrive. Our family is spread out all over Ontario, but I will see each of them in person before the holidays, and will have only one to mail..to Alberta. So wrapping and then one quick jaunt to the post office and I am done! Easy Peasy...but I will leave it all for another day...
