Heading Home

Tiana left for work at around 7:45am and we had loaded the hire car and were on our way around 9:00am. A quick “Golden Arches” breakfast in Nairn which is where today’s photo was taken and we were on our way. A five and a half hour non stop run to get through the Highlands before our first coffee stop and walk for Paddy.
I drove the second stint, another five hours and we were through the North of England and well into the Midlands. Mrs S then took over, a quick coffee stop at Taunton Dean before the final stretch arriving home just a few minutes after midnight.
Paddy was beside himself and hurtled around the house before heading for the kitchen and a well deserved treat. He has spent two days of the last week in a car and behaved amazingly well.

Good to be home.
