Bare Cupboards
We had used the last of the bread and milk before heading north so it was a black coffee breakfast before returning the hire car and then shopping. You know what they say about shopping when you are hungry, fortunately I had Mrs S to keep me in check.
Paddy deserved his long walk today, a stretched normal route meant we were out for a little over two hours, we both enjoyed it, the exercise for us both and back into shorts for me.
I’d decided to give the rugby club a miss today, returning the hire car, shopping, walking Paddy and contributing to an ever growing laundry mountain took up most of the day, an evening meal with Mrs S and preparing a lamb and barley stew for tomorrow took up the remainder of the day.
Todays photo, a last one of our visit to the Frozen North, Sam with Tiana.
