On the Slant

I planned an early swim then return via the chemist to pick up the prescription.  The chemist didn’t open until 9 am so I had plenty of time to swim.  While I normally swim a mile I initially thought I would swim for an hour and see how many lengths I could achieve.  It ended up at 114 lengths, so with only another 15 lengths to complete 2 miles I stayed in the pool for a bit longer.

When I got down to the chemist I noticed this tree, recently planted in a roundabout nearby, which had been blown partially over by the high winds over the weekend.  Hopefully someone will straighten it as soon as possible,
