Barcoded

I woke to mist, but less than 2 hours later we had a covering of snow outside.  We'd planned to go for a walk in Hopwas Wood near Tamworth and despite the snow we still headed over there mid morning.  Often the wood is closed because of a military rifle range on its northern edge but these days you can check via the internet for closures and today it was open.

It really was great conditions, despite the snow and fog that lingered throughout our walk.  I took plenty of photographs but decided on this one as the fog in the area helps make more sense of the clutter of tree trunks in the scene.
