Christmas shopping

OH was playing golf today (Turkey Trot - with prizes and silly hats?!).  Sadly it rained most of the day so he was soaked.

I had planned a trip to Bluewater to get some bits and pieces for Christmas.  We are not going overboard this year but I had a few ideas.  No.2 has bought H an overlocker for Christmas as she enjoys sewing (a lady after my own heart!) and I spotted this book - so I snapped a picture and asked him if he thought she might like it?

I did a couple of laps 9500 steps and bought a few things including a dress from White Company.  I had some vouchers from the girls for my birthday, although I have decided to ask for different vouchers next year - I love WC but it is really expensive and I already have overpriced candles!!  I had a quick coffee and sandwich in John Lewis and the lady next to me was not eating, just drinking a glass of prosecco.  I like her style!!

Home via Tesco for a few supplies including mincemeat to make mince pies.  Pastry is resting while I type this!
