Down at the Pond

A good day at work, with no rain! Everyone was so busy doing all sorts of crafts. See extras.
As the sun continued to shine I popped to the Swan pond after work. I found someone who could tell me what had happened to the Swan family. It seems that the resident male died 2 weeks ago from an injury. He had been flying back and forth to the canal, and 3 signets left with him and have never returned. However 2 new adult swans arrived this morning and there was nearly a fight to the death initiated by the resident female. A 'Swan Watch' made up of local residents had been put on guard today, to help prevent any casualties. It seems to be quite a drama.
